  • Ideally   would like to do in person, but appreciate it may make the session harder to   run   
  • Everyone   having opportunity to speak, and be heard, if that's what they want, is good,   
  • More focused introductions rather than the sense of having to hear everybody's entire life story
  • Would be interested to know if the research mentioned applies also to   neurodiverse/neurominority individuals
  • Would have liked you to actually have included the mindful communication-relationships  
  • Regular  1/2 day sessions and F2F sessions   
  • Consider  face to face and more practical sessions would be great.  
  • It   would be useful at the start of the day to have a discussion about the  logistics or 'practicalities' of mindful practice e.g. what it 'is', how often it 'should' be done/when etc- even if the answer is constantly. It would have made it more clear about why and what the different practices were   that we then did in the day.
