Everyone having opportunity to speak, and be heard, if that's what they want, is good,
More focused introductions rather than the sense of having to hear everybody's entire life story
Would be interested to know if the research mentioned applies also to neurodiverse/neurominority individuals

Consider face to face and more practical sessions would be great.
It would be useful at the start of the day to have a discussion about the logistics or 'practicalities' of mindful practice e.g. what it 'is', how often it 'should' be done/when etc- even if the answer is constantly. It would have made it more clear about why and what the different practices were that we then did in the day.
